Reserve A Space and Host Your Next Event at Wil-Mar

The Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center exists to serve you! We’ve been providing beautiful and accommodating spaces to the community for over five decades and would love to help make your next event perfect.

Rooms are available for lease seven days a week from 8:30am until 11pm.

All rooms include free wi-fi, access to gender-neutral restrooms and individual climate control. We have free parking available in our off-street private lot and there is ample overflow parking in the neighborhood.

Our team is available to work with you as we make your next event great.

Yahara Room & Kitchen

The Yahara Room seats 72 guests or 120 auditorium style

The room is awash in gorgeous natural light and hardwood floor. Sound system and A/V equipment available (with a $40.00 deposit).

Attached is a full kitchen and access to a private restroom.

$50 an hour 

Youth Room

If children are on the guest list, this is the space to reserve! Host your child’s next birthday party or special event in our Youth Room!

Great for parties, baby showers and more. Includes access to a foosball table, games, a lego wall and a full kitchen.

The Youth Room can accommodate 35-50 people. All-gender restrooms conveniently located nearby!

$30 an hour

Mendota Room

Set up as a conference room, the Mendota Room can accommodate 15-25 people.

Includes a TV monitor and A/V equipment for presentations.

$20 an hour

Don Warren Dream Room

Extremely comfortable meeting room for small groups with tv, cushioned seating and the best vibe in the building.

Can also be set up as a terrific green room space for larger events, or serve as a staging area to get ready before their big event.

$15 an hour

Rent The Entire Main Floor

The entire Main Floor is available to rent for your event. This includes the Yahara Room, the Mendota Room and the Don Warren Dream Room, as well as the Kitchen, and the main-floor lobby. 

This is a great option for a large party, celebration or event.

This is contingent on all spaces being available — please plan your events early.

$80 an hour

All of our rental rooms can be booked at reduced rates. Just ask for sliding scale pricing when you contact us.

Non-Profit Discount Request

We provide non-profit discounts to registered 501(c)(3)s in the range of 25-50% of your facility use fee in exchange for organizational support of the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center in other means.

There is ample parking available at the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center. Our lot is found at the intersection of Jenifer Street and Brearly Street next to our playground and basketball court. Additional parking may be found in the neighborhood.
