Volunteer to Pour Beverages!
Arguably the most fun of any volunteer gig ever (ok, maybe we’re a little biased!), these 3-4 hour shifts are perfect for groups of friends, businesses, service organizations, and anyone who wants to give back to their community and meet like-minded folks! Sign-up above to be added to our volunteer bartender list!
Volunteer “behind the scenes” at the Festivals!
For those looking for a more hands-on, behind-the-scenes approach, consider becoming a member of the Festival crew! You’ll help with basic set-up and tear-down before and after the festivals. Most volunteers give 3-6 hours of their time; this is a perfect opportunity for service groups and young folks looking to gain some real-world experience on resumes and applications. Mailing & Lit Drop
Assist with mailings and lit drops to support Wil-Mar’s outreach efforts. These take place throughout the year; volunteer shifts are very casual and can be tailored to fit your schedule. Most volunteer shifts are about 2 hours; both individuals and groups are welcome. While it might not be glamorous, it is incredibly helpful to the small Wil-Mar staff!
Holiday Pie Sale!
2019 Shifts Are Open! We need volunteers to help us on Friday, Nov. 23rd and Saturday, Nov. 24th. We make approximately 800 pies for our neighbors and friends! This has been one of our longest-running fundraising efforts, and also the sweetest! Volunteers are needed for every aspect—to prep the pie ingredients, to fold and label boxes, to assemble the pies, and to wrap the pies when they’re done cooling. Shifts are 3-4 hours.
