Looking for a convenient and quick way to stay healthy this holiday season?

Try a Strength, Stretch and Balance Express Class! This drop-in, 45-minute class will build bone mass, strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, and keep your metabolism in action!

Exercises incorporate the use of dumbbells and are done standing (or seated if necessary). Hip mobility, core strength, and balance work is incorporated into every class as well. All necessary materials are supplied.

This is a welcoming, non-competitive setting, and is perfect for beginners and those getting back into exercise after an injury. The class instructor has been leading group classes since 2012 and also works as a personal fitness instructor.
