Build bone mass, strengthen your muscles, boost your flexibility, and keep your metabolism in action!

Each class session opens with dynamic stretching; exercises during the strength training component are done seated or standing, using hand weights and ankle weights. Work on hip mobility, core strength and balance is included as well. 

At the end of each class, a generous amount of time is given for static stretching. And all of this happens in a friendly environment with lots of camaraderie and good humor! All materials provided.
