Class is lead by Bob Yu, a long-time teacher and neighborhood resident who has taught Tai-Chi and Chinese Martial Arts for more than 20 years at the University of Wisconsin. Bob has taught hundreds of students over four decades. His passion and support bring an inspiring energy to each class.
Intro to Tai-Chi:
Tuesday Mornings December 6th – February 21st, no class on 1/24. Late Winter Session : March 7th – May 16th.
9:30-10:30 a.m. No class on 1/24.

Try your hand at this ancient form of exercise and meditation, known to improve agility and memory and decrease stress and joint pain. This introductory class will cover the basic movements that comprise the Tai-Chi sequence, truly a standing and moving meditation. Registration is done in-person on the first day of class.
