La Tente de Danse

Don’t miss the all new La Tente de Danse presented by RP’s Pasta, MadCat Pet Supplies and Wisconsin Public Radio

An exclusive dance tent including a stage, parquet dance floor, full sound system will be provided and dedicated to dancers exclusively for each dance. Each scheduled traditional dance set will be three hours in length.

Enjoy and dance to extraordinary traditional Quebec music performed by the band Raz-de-Marée (Tidal Wave). Band members Sabin Jacques-accordion, Eric Favreau-fiddle, Rachel Aucoin-piano and Stuart Kenney-double bass and banjo will delight dancers with music that has kept many a dancer moving throughout Quebec and New England. Roger Diggle, Madison’s very own calling wizard, will call dances for the weekend. Cajun phenoms Ryan Brunet et Les Malfacteurs (The Outlaws) will keep the tent buzzing during Cajun Dance sets.

Acoustic Café

Acoustic Café is presented by the Alvarado Real Estate Group and by Wegner LLP, CPAs and Consultants.

Hosted by Madison’s favorite morning drive time radio personalities,105.5 Triple M’s Jonathon and Kitty, it includes:

  • A delectable breakfast of scrumptious Quiche prepared by State Streets’ Chef extraordinaire, Markos and traditional breakfast sides and beverages  (note: a la carte baked items are also available)
  • Wait-staffed tables (no standing in line) & a décor that rivals outdoor restaurants, including table linens and more!
  • Scintillating acoustic performances by Quebec, Canada based, Raz de Marêe & Louisiana’s Lost Bayou Ramblers.
  • Interviews with performers conducted by Jonathon and Kitty;
  • And finally, it’s all held under our big Le Bistro Tent - Rain or Shine.
