The happiest workout you’ve ever had! Take an hour to de-stress, dance, sweat, tone and smile! All equipment is provided and all levels of fitness are welcome. You’ll learn some simple rhythms and dances, bang on some drums, and burn approximately 600 calories before the hour is over! This is perfect for anyone who wants to try something new, for friends looking to break out of their happy hour rut, and for anyone who wants to get fit while having fun!

A fun, engaging dance class covering a variety of styles of new and classic dances! These dances are rooted in community, so expect to get to know your fellow participants! Includes cultural context and the meaning of each dance.
